THE WAS ESTABLISHED TO HELP FAMILIES IN THE UNFORTUNATE SITUATION OF HAVING A FAMILY MEMBER IN A TRAUMATIC ACCIDENT, TO IMPROVE THE ACCESS AND EASE OF SEEKING URGENT CARE SECOND OPINIONS, AND TO ASSIST FAMILIES WITH IMPROVED VICTIM SERVICES.
