As stated in the articles of incorporation, this corporation is organized exclusively for religious, charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law), for such purposes, including, but not limited to, for such purposes, assist of East Africa by raising awareness and support for their mission to advocate for children, orphans, widows, youth and marginalized people to release them from their spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and enable them to become responsible and fulfilled Christian people and engaging in any other activity not prohibited to corporations under South Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Act that is in furtherance of Section 501(c)(3) purposes.

PROVIDES CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND RELIGIOUS CORPORATIONS WITH TRAINING IN BOARD GOVERNANCE, FUNDRAISING STRATEGIES, AND STRATEGIC PLANNING. PROVIDES TRAINING SERVICES AT A SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCED COST THAT IS AFFORDABLE FOR LOW BUDGET ORGANIZATIONS.

PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND REFERRALS TO AVAILABLE RESOURCES OR SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND SMALL BUSINESSES WHO ARE VICTIMS OF DISASTERS, OF OTHER EMERGENCY HARDSHIPS, OR WHO ARE NEEDY OR OTHERWISE DISTRESSED; TO PLAN, COORDINATE, AND FINANCIALLY SUPPORT ACTIVITIES THAT PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO ASSIST IN THE RECLAMATION, RECONSTRUCTION, OR REDEVELOPMENT OF DISTRESSED AREAS AS A RESULT OF DISASTERS OR EMERGENCY HARDSHIPS, AND TO CONDUCT ANY OTHER ACTIVITY INCIDENTAL TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE FOREGOING.
