TO FACILITATE THE ESCHANGE IDEAS AND EXPERIENCES BETWEEN STATE MEMBER SCHOOLS AND THE NATIONAL STUDENT COUNCILS (NASC). TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS TO PRACTICE THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS. TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR STUDENT COUNCIL MEMBERS AND ADVISERS. TO REPRESENT THE STUDENT COUNCILS PUBLIC AFFAIRS.
